2006 ROI & ROII classes

Pair-A-Dice and myself will be holding RO classes on Sunday, September 24th. The ROI will start at 9:00 am sharp and last till around noon. We'll take a lunch break - either bring your own or take a short run into Darien or Walworth - and start the ROII at 1:00 pm. The ROII will last around 4 hours.<br />

All the class details can be found here. We ask that you go to this page and download the appropriate manuals and read them over before class. For the ROII, also download and read the 2 Match Directors Handbooks (not Costume Manual) and the Shooters Handbook. For the ROI, just the Shooters Handbook and ROI Course Manual. Please bring the printed copies to the class as you will need to refer to them.<br />
<br />
The course will be held out at the Good Guys Posse range, map and directions are here. Because we'll be out doors, we'll have the shelter erected but we have NO CHAIRS, so please bring a lawn chair to sit in - bring an extra if you have one as a few folks may be chairless.<br />
<br />
We'll brew up a big pot of fresh coffee and have some donuts available in the morning. Soda and water will also be available.<br />
<br />
You can attend either one or both as long as you meet the requirements mentioned on the first link. Even if you are new to the game, we highly recommend the ROI as it will familarize you with the rules and procedures. Although it's not necessary, we'd appreciate a post or e-mail letting us know who is planning to attend.<br />

Howdy DD, Twoshot J.R. here! I will be at the ROI & ROII class. There's always a chance with me that work will get in the way. It's just that kind of job but I will do my best to be there. Thank you and Dice for putting on the class. <br />

Muddy Gap Shootist

The Lt. and I completed the ROI class a couple years back. We want to come to the ROII class on the 24th but my work schedule could get in the way. Do you recommend sitting through the ROI class again as a refresher?
