<div class="IPBDescription">More News!</div>I had a short conversation with Tequila yesterday about the school. (He was in WA state filming for the COWBOYS TV show, and was eating breakfast)<br />

He will be emailing information to me Monday with all info needed for the school and I will post it here.<br />

The cookout and camping has been approved at the range. I have had a couple of volunteers to help set up the canopys Friday. Thanks! I could use the help!<br />

I have emailed Tequila with the spectator questions and I am waiting for a reply.<br />
<br />
Don't forget to bring a lawn chair and a bag lunch for Saturday and any contributions (desert, money, etc.) to the 2-Docs cookout Saturday Night.<br />

I'm curious about the spectator idea--is the idea to allow people to observe the class for free, while the paying students actually shoot? Maybe I'm not following the concept, since I only just saw this and the other thread, but that's quite a disparity in price for the information presented.

I hadn't herd anything re: spectators. I would see nothing wrong with someone's non-shooting spouse being there ( although I don't know why they would want to ), but we are paying for information, whiich could certainly be gleened by a spectator just as easily. I'm not sure when / where this came up, but I don't tink it's a good idea.<br />

The class will START promptly at 8 AM. Be there early to get your gear ready.<br />

There have been several offers for deserts, and I personally look forward to each one of them!<br />

The people who volunteered to help with the canopies, what is a good time to meet? I am off all day, with the exception of the time to drive to Midway to p/u Tequila.<br />

What time do you want to meet at the range to set up the canopies? As we get closer to the date of the school I suppose the weather will possibly dictate, but do you have an idea of a time to set things up or are you now working that Friday?

I'm not involved in the school ... but if you need more shelter I have a 10' x 20' and a 10' x 10' that you can use if someone wants to pick them up. I live on the South side of Mundelein. Send me an emai if you need them ... I may not see the reply on the wire.<br />

First, I would like to say thanks to Jewler Jim, Denny, Longtooth, Whip L Tree and Johnny Popper for volunteering to help set up the canopies Friday, and anyone else who iswilling to help set up the canpoies Friday! If it works for everyone, maybe we could meet around 3pm(or whatever works best) at the range to set them up. Please post here if you can be there, and what time.<br />

Second, to anyone whos bring food for Saturday(besides the Two Docs), Please let me know what you are bringing so I can make sure we have coolers, etc., if needed to keep the food in.<br />

I will need help Sunday tearing everything down! Because I will have to drive Tequila back to the airport in Chicago to catch his flight home.<br />
<br />
For the shooters, remember to bring lawn chairs, lunch and beverages for Saturday, your ammo and any weather related gear you may need. We will start at 8am, so be there early enough to get your gear unloaded.<br />

If you have any last minute questions, I can be reached on my cell 608-921-5966. I have to pick Tequila up Friday night in Chicago at 9pm, so I will be up late.<br />
