Here are the stages for this Sunday, June 22nd. Grit was in a "sweeping" mood this time, so limber up your sweeps and join us for some cowboy shooting fun!<br />

Ugly

Waall, I like the stages; I like sweeps where you give the shooter a choice on which direction to sweep; sometimes different people like to grab ammo or the next weapon with a particular hand and, leaving the choice up to the shooter makes it much more interesting seeing the different ways people try to shoot the same stage.<br />

Everyone please remember that Coot (our grounds keeper) is responsible for the weather. The forecast has only changed about a dozen times in the last week. I'm sure he'll come through for us regardless of whatever the final forecast might be.

Coot must be doing his job because the latest forecast says cloudy skies for match time with the rain not coming until later in the afternoon.<br />

Thanks to all who came out to shoot the match - we had a very nice crowd. The weather was delightful through the whole match and we had a fun time. And many thanks to all who made it possible - especially JJ who amazingly was able to do more work than most of us while he had one arm in a sling. We even presented JJ with his first blue ribbon.<br />

My new four pistol duelist class was a bit tougher than I thought it would be. Set new records for most misses ever at a shoot. Guess if I'm gonna try it again I better practice or at least find out where my daughter's pistols shoot. <br />
<br />
I start the physical therapy next Friday and I'm sure they'll be pleased that I have been shooting before starting with their program.<br />
