A wonderful day for a match!

Yes, the weather couldn't have been better - cool, sunny and low humidity. And what a turn-out! We had 51 shooters which was way above our expectations with the Wis. State Match this weekend. Part of the reason was all the new folks who came by to shoot with us. One cowboy even drove all the way from Iowa and we were mighty pleased that he did.<br />

I shot clean for the first time in several years. Calamiti Judy also shot clean for the first time ever. We had some other clean shooters but I won't know who they were until Dev posts the scores. And thanks to Dev for doing the scores in SK's absence. <br />

Don't forget our cowboy trap shoot this coming Saturday, August 30th. The flyer is posted on this forum.Always a barrel of fun! Thanks to SK for doing that.<br />

The banquet is Nov, 1st and Dev should have the flyer and reservation forms posted shortly. Get 'em in early as we have limited seating - first come first served.<br />

King Medallion

I had a great day. Many thanks to Big Grit and Pair-a-dice for their help today, and everyone else who helped make my first shoot back in the game a big success. I will definetly be back next month.
