Recently I purchased the RCBS 1500 powder dispensing system. When I sent in the registration I included an old shell holder for 38 special. After only 45 years use it finally gave up the ghost. I jokingly said that I wished they would make something that would last a while without going to hell like this shell holder did after only 45 years hard use. Told them that I had already replaed it and thought that I made it clear I was joking. Guess what I got in the mail today? Yep, a new shell holder for free. "These parts and/or sevice are shipped to you at no charge under terms of the RCBS Warranty."<br />

By the way Mike (BSM) did you get the new part for your press and is it working better now?

Yes JJ I received the cylinder and it works great.<br />
There service is amazing. No questions, and "no do not mailed back" parts policy. No charge for any parts mailed by them or for the shipping.<br />
