Shoot Dates...

Know that he's got the shoot dates posted above, but not the GAF Shoot.<br />

28th of August will be the GAF Shoot with the 29th being the rain date. <br />
<br />
2010 Shoot Dates - Apr 25, May 23, Jun 27, Jul 25, Aug 22, Sep 26, Oct 24 (Halloween Shoot)<br />

SASS Scholarship Shoot - July 31 , GGP Banquet - Nov 6<br />

Know that we had a GAF Shoot last year, but the word didn't get out soon enough and I suspect that Shamrock will be posting something here eventually to explain the classes you can shoot in or how it works. Had a lot of fun with it last year and if you can't wait for Shamrock the address below might help.<br />

Also want everyone to circle the Scholarship Shoot date as we want to build on what we did last year. And yes I'll see to it that there will be another nugget trinket with perhaps more gold and diamonds. <br />

While I'm on the subject of something different we will include a new class at our shoots that will be called the "Military Class." It will be a bastardized version of the GAF thing. How it will work is there will be:<br />
<br />
One pistol with a full reload.<br />
Lever action rifle and NO shotgun accept on Stage Six.<br />
Minimum caliber is 38 and you must be dressed in military uniform. <br />
<br />
I think that's it and Shamrock can correct me if I got it wrong.<br />
<br />
We will again be running the "Class Championship" with all GGP Posse Members being eligible. In that regard I might remind you that if you don't want to shoot the same class at every shoot you can shoot the "Open Class" which allows you to shoot something different at every stage or shoot instead of having to maintain the same class all season long. (Sorry Wyatt, you might get some competition for the trophy this year.)<br />
