<div class="IPBDescription">Thanks to all...</div>[color="#099000"][size="4"]Don't know that anybody noticed and I'm sure I certainly wasn't missed, but I wasn't at the shoot this last week end. Was in Rock Island Sat., Sun. and Mon.<br />

Seems that Leadfoot Lizzie and The Sicilian Kid were part of the 150th graduating class from Augustana College this last week end. Their parents and friends are very proud of them. Over the last four years and before that for the previous eighteen we have had the help and support from all of you. For that we are very grateful. The SASS Scholarships along with all your encouragements and friendship have been appreciated.<br />
<br />
Now it will be on to grad school and I'm hoping that they will achieve all their high goals that they have set for themselves (they certainly have to this point). They have already surpassed anything that any of their family has ever achieved unless you want to count arrest records. Wait a minute; I guess I'll just speak for myself in that regard without dragging in the rest of the relatives. <br />
<br />
I have to return this Thursday with a trailer to haul back most of their "stuff" and then drive back on Friday for the St. Jude Shoot. Three trips to Rock Island in one week are too many miles for this old man. <br />
<br />
So for those of you going to the St. Jude shoot, Jason and I will see you there and if not this week end, at our next shoot in June. As some know I have gone back "to work" in a fashion as I started buying precious metals this last November and this is a six day a week thing that prevents me from doing much of anything, but trying to catch up on the household chores on Sunday.<br />

Speaking of Precious metals, I have the watch fob / pendant already made up for our scholarship shoot. Again, it's over a half oz. of gold with over a carat of diamonds this time. Please reserve the date (July 31st). More to come on that as we develop the details. I'll try and get it to Denny so he can take a picture and post it here. <br />

I have not been able to get on the site lately, I have been to busy. I would like to say thank you to my father (Jeweler Jim) and my Mother for all that they have done for my brother and I over these 22 years. I can say that I would not be where I am today if it wasn't for them. Thank you for the kind words dad!!! I will see you in the morning! I would also like to thank everyone for their support on and off the range for all that you do. Thank you so much!!! Hopefully I will see you all this summer at the shoots to come, as long as I am not to busy with my two summer classes I am taking to get a jump start on nursing school! <br />
