Our good Pard and fellow Good Guy, El Paso Pete, will be running the SASS exhibit at the NRA Convention this year. He's giving the Good Guys first crack at manning the booth. Spend a couple of hours in the booth then go see the sights for awhile. Cowboy attire is encouraged and proudly wear your Good Guys Posse badge, too. Here are the particulars:<br />

Name badges will be issued to everyone who signs up by 3pm, Friday April 28th. We will have a new 19" color TV with built in DVD player, two high director chairs, and other stuff that we will raffle off at the end of the show. For each 2 hour shift you work you get a ticket in the raffle. El Paso Pete and Rose are not eligible for the raffle.<br />

We will also need help Thursday, May 20 to set up the booth and Monday, May 24 to tear down the booth.<br />

The Single Action Shooting Society will again have a booth at the NRA Convention. We need volunteers to work in the booth to explain what SASS is and signing up new members. The shifts are only 2 hours long during exhibition hall hours. Youll not only be helping our sport grow but here is great opportunity to round up some new members for your club.<br />
<br />
Admission is free to NRA members and their families. You can wear your cowgirl/cowboy clothes. Wearing guns in Milwaukee is not permitted.<br />
<br />
Exhibition Hall Hours, Midwest Express Center, downtown Milwaukee.<br />
Friday, May 19th, 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.<br />
Saturday, May 20th, 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.<br />
Sunday, May 21st, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.<br />

El Paso Rose and El Paso Pete are coordinating the volunteers booth schedule. If you can help out please contact them and indicate when you or any of your members would be able to spend a few hours in the SASS booth.<br />
<br />
For anyone planning to stay over night they will be happy to recommend accommodations if you let them know your preferences and or price range.<br />
