<div class="IPBDescription">Whether the Weather will...</div>At the time of this posting, the weather is supposed to be good on Saturday with possible rain Sunday. If that's the way it turns out, it might be good to plan for Saturday and if it's nice you can shoot both days. The second day on the same stages will have to improve everyone's scores but mine (I'm beyond help). Pray hard that we get both days in as Dice has somehow got Dolly to volunteer to do the cooking Sunday. (As if all of Dolly's [AKA Barb] work checking everyone in before the shoot and cleaning out our trailer isn't enough work.) I'm thinking that I might come out or drive to his house on Sunday just for the eats if we don't shoot. <br />
<br />
So tell Kocheese "No Rain Dances!" and come out both days, weather permitting.

Just checked Weather.com. Plugged in Darien for this weekend. Just checked again today and it looks like MGS is closer to what they're calling for now. Hot and very liminted chance of rain. Plan on being there both days just to watch Dice sweat. He "leaks" as much or more than I do (I sweat watching TV).

As you are responsible for the weather, I would suggest that you make it good both days. If you refuse to use your powers, Dice is the one who is doing the food this weekend. I suspect that moving it to Saturday at this late date might not work as to his help or planning. We could/should probably set up both canopies on Saturday morning before the shoot if possible. As I remember their weight being substantial I would think we might be able to leave them up over night for Sunday.<br />
<br />
Again I say why don't you (MGS) put the rain off until late Sunday afternoon.

I wish I had those kind of powers. Looks like it will be coming in later on Saturday and then push on out Sunday evening. Figures! However, I did say that if you want different weather, contact Kocheese. Now, HE has those devine abilities.

Saturday: A 40 percent chance of showers and thunderstorms after 1pm. Partly cloudy, with a high around 92. Heat index values as high as 97. South wind 14 to 20 mph becoming east. <br />

Saturday Night: Showers and thunderstorms likely, mainly after 1am. Mostly cloudy, with a low around 69. South wind between 11 and 20 mph. Chance of precipitation is 60%.<br />

Definitely looks like dry shooting will be Saturday but not so lucky on Sunday. It will be HOT though!

Has anyone called Dice regarding the food to see if tomorrow may work instead of Sunday? He can do amazing things so it wouldn't surprise me if he could pull it off!!

I'm thinking that it might rain after Saturday and before and/or after Sunday, but not during the shoots. That's what I'm requesting from the weather gods. I'll even be happy to tear down the canopies in the rain as long as it holds off until we're done. Can always go out to the range to dry everything out during the Wednesday practice shoot.<br />
